The price of everything is going up! Gas, groceries, and just about anything else. We’ve got to provide for ourselves and our families, but when might the pursuit of possessions get out of control? This week, we will look at how to have stuff and not let your stuff have you.

It’s rarely easy but always beneficial to exercise discipline in the face of great temptation. Whether it’s setting goals at work, exercising daily, or saving for the future, God wants to help us have the resolve we need to say “no” to good things so we can say “yes” to great things. As we wrap up this series, we will see how discipline, while difficult in the moment, brings the greatest of rewards.

During a long, tiring, and challenging season of life, it’s easy and even understandable why we would want to throw in the towel. From marriage to parenting, to the daily grind of work, it’s important to develop endurance because the race of life is long and demanding at times. This weekend we will look at how Paul refused to quit in the face of trial.

When we begin to believe that we deserve something, we tend not to be grateful for it. Complaining about poor service in a restaurant or slow internet service has become an acceptable norm in our society. In this message, we will look at the vital role gratitude can play in helping us see just how good God has been to us!
