This Week In Astrology

This week features a Libra Full Moon – and its aspects make it even more about relationships than usual! And I go deep on its Sabian Symbol. We also have a new Grand Trine that supports easy relating and communication, a volatile Mars-Uranus square, and lots of bonus aspects that aren't in my written forecast. This is also the first weekly forecast that I'm simultaneously recording as an audio podcast and a video. Just like the early days of television, I'm going to do this straight through and correct any mistakes as I go. No editing afterward. Hopefully, what it lacks in polish it will make up for in energy – sort of a “live in the studio” vibe.

One of 2020’s most important events happens this week: a Jupiter-Pluto conjunction. Except that, energetically speaking, it’s really a Jupiter-Saturn-Pluto Triple Conjunction! I explain how this game-changing conjunction ties into the coronavirus crisis … and the global spiritual awakening that it’s here to catalyze.

An Aries New Moon with a divine Sabian Symbol headlines this week, along with a peaking T-square featuring the Sun, Chiron and the lunar nodes, and Venus trining both Jupiter and Pluto. We also have lots of bonus aspects not included in my written forecast, as well as my impromptu riff on the coronavirus as a catalyst for planetary awakening.

A coronaviral Spring Equinox Chart highlights the second half of March. It includes a Capricorn Grand Stellium featuring the titanic Jupiter-Saturn-Pluto triple conjunction, as well as an intense Chironic T-square. We also have one of 2020’s biggest events: Saturn’s entry into Aquarius.

Mercury turning direct and a Virgo/Neptune Full Moon are this week's top astrology stories. We also have a Cradle that can rock you with intuitive hits, and a bonus aspect that isn't in my written forecast.

The last few weeks have featured momentous events, including two potent eclipses and the mighty Saturn-Pluto conjunction. The effects of these powerful events are still resonating, but it's a relief to have a relatively quiet interlude to regroup during the second half of January. But there's still plenty of astrological opportunity. You can revolutionize your life with an Aquarius New Moon. Two Mercury-Uranus aspects fuel intuitive flashes, and the interplay of Venus, Mars and Neptune offers juicy creative and spiritual possibilities!

The most important astrology event of 2020 – a Saturn-Pluto conjunction – highlights the first half of January. We also have a potent lunar eclipse strongly colored by this conjunction, as well as Uranus turning direct.

This forecast only contains two events, but they’re both significant: the Winter Solstice chart and a Solar Eclipse in Capricorn. Both events have already happened, but they’re still worth learning about because they’ll influence you for the next 3 to 12 months! I apologize for the extreme lateness of this podcast. My beloved partner Maeikisala suffered a major stroke on December 11. (Her blood pressure has finally stabilized, and she’s now in an inpatient rehab facility.) I’ve been making her my top priority since then, and am pleasantly surprised that I got this podcast done at all!

We have a potent astrological week Dec 9 thru 15. For starters, Jupiter trines Uranus and Chiron turns direct. We also have a powerfully aspected Gemini Full Moon and a peaking Cradle aspect pattern!

The week of Dec 2 features Jupiter entering Capricorn and squaring Chiron. We also have two harmonious aspect patterns!

Inspiring, uplifting astrology events mark the week of Nov 18. New hope blossoms with the Sun in Sagittarius and Mercury turning direct. And a Grand Trine makes it easier to pursue your life purpose with inspired enthusiasm! Of course, there’s also some potential challenge, especially with a Mars-Uranus opposition. But it’s nice to be able to give you a forecast this rosy!

The abundant energy of a “git 'er done” Mars-Jupiter sextile highlights the week of Nov 11. We also have a Taurus Full Moon harmoniously blended with a Cradle aspect pattern, as well as that Cradle reaching its first peak. A Venus-Neptune square loaded with spiritual and creative possibilities rounds out the week, along with a peaking Finger of God.

The week of Nov 4 features the grand finale of one of 2019's most important aspects: a Saturn-Neptune square. We also have a potent Mars-Pluto square, whose extreme volatility requires special handling. We also have 4 new aspect patterns starting, and 2 more peaking.

As if to emphasize how scary some people find Mercury Retrograde, the next one starts on Halloween! Also in this week starting on Oct 28, we have a new Grand Trine and Kite that share most of the same planets. And we close with the peaking of a Mystic Rectangle that calls you to align with your unique life purpose.

A Scorpio New Moon strongly influenced by Uranus highlights the week of October 21. We also have the Sun entering Scorpio, an intense T-square featuring Mars, Saturn and the lunar nodes, a magical Mystic Rectangle, and a potentially fortuitous Jupiter-Ceres conjunction.

A harmonious Grand Trine with Venus, Neptune and the North Node smoothly supports inspired creativity and awakened consciousness. That's one of two featured events the week of October 14.
