Bike Shop Cx

This week I do most of the talking about SRAM Red and Force 22 and some tool talk on torque wrenches and torque.  Luckily there is also a section this week fron Caroline Stewart on hydraulics as well to break up my voice!...:)

This week David and I interview Carlton Reid from BikeBiz.com and talk about his new book Roads Were Not Built for Cars and MANY other cycling related things.

This week I continue my frame working stuff with a discussion on drop out alignment but first we do an interview with the newest member of the Bike Shop show Caroline Stewart and learn about her cycling background and what she is going to talk about soon.

This week I discuss Barry-Roubaiux with David along with his bike fit that he had and then David interviews Jeff Kraven about his re-tool fit.  I finish off the show with my bike shop discussion on chain line.

This week I play the forgotten interview from Detroit Bike City...:) Then for the Bike Shop segment I talk about frame alignment and we finish off with a discussion with Adrian Fear from the MBRA where we discuss new rules from USAC and changes to the Michigan points series.

This week we have two great interviews The First with Tom LeBlanc and Deanna Clarance from Cat's Tongue Towels and the second with Kurt Schedabrand, coach of the University of Michigan cycing team.

This week I play an interview from Louisville with Joel Richards from Bike MS, talk to Lucas Wall about Develo coaching and the Ann Arbor Spring training series and finish off my Shimano 9000 discussion with Mechanics notes on Front derailleur adjustments.

This week we talk with Michigan state road AND cross champion Sven Baumann and get his thoughts on last year's season and next season, then I continue with part 2 of my Dura Ace 9000 mechanics notes and I finish off with a GREAT interview with Jason Hall and Mike MacKool from the soon to be here Detroit Bike City!!

This week we cover a lot of stuff! Shimano Dura Ace 9000 group, Park TM-1 spoke tension gauge, David's thought's on worlds and the upcoming EPIC cone-azalia race.

This week I'm back by myself again bringing you 2 very cool bike shop segments.  One on the Direct Dimension standard for Assembled tire size and one on the SHIS system for figuring out headset sizes.  Then I give my opinions on the Park Tool Tech summit and Cx Worlds.

In this special release of The Bike Shop Show David and I got a chance to sit down with the Nie brothers and talk cyclocross from David's hotel suite in Louisville.  yes I said suite...:)  Learn some about next years nationals course, the patented Nie 360 and their cow painted bikes.

As my voice recovers from cheering the Cx Worlds I'm playing an interview I did a couple of days ago with Nick DeLauder from FOX.  We discuss suspension in detail so bike shop fans should be very happy.  More Cross talk next week when things get back to normal!

This week David and I have a great interview from across the ocean, with Sean Lally from Cycle Systems Inc. and the Velocast Tech 5 podcast.

HUGE interview with Katie Antonneau this week as she heads into cyclocross worlds.  This lady will be making even more of a mark on the cyclocross world very soon.  Bike shop segment on threadless stems and I reveal my favorite kit/bike combo of the new road season.

This week I talk more cyclocross as we get closer to Worlds and the UCI worldcup finishes.  Discuss local doping controls with David Palan and Adrian Fear and a bunch more fun stuff!!

Today's show is all about 2013 Cx Nationals.  Don't worry though shop rats there is some bike shop stuff in here too...:) Oh and a great show intro!!

This week I go over front derailleur installation and adjustment and then Mr. David Palan and I talk about .... well... the usual off season cycling talk....

While I'm on vacation I decided to leave a little info on international cyclocross hoping to get folks ready for Louisville in WHAT! 4 short weeks!!! Then a bit of info on disk brakes.

Today I get together again with Mr. David Palan and we discuss all sorts of stuff including!! Upcoming cyclocross!!!  Wait! I thought the season was over???  Well not quite.... Then I finish off the tubular tire discussion.
