Today I'm by myself but I give race results for Le Champion Pave, Grand Rapids Nationals, and Milford State championship Crit.  also a random rule and WAIT!!!  There is cyclocross in the air!!!

It's great to be back after a week off!  Today I answer some great listener questions and start the discussion about wheels with some information on wheel tensioning.
