Trojans land linebacker Talanoa Ili plus select USC opponent previews

For his senior season the 6-foot-3, 220-pound linebacker transferred to the North Shore of Oahu to play at Kahuku High School and could potentially wear the legendary No. 55 for the Trojans next season. Huge official visit weekend for USC football recruiting plus House settlement

We will get an update on one of the events from Connor, who, along with Chris Trevino, attended a Saturday night dinner in downtown Los Angeles where the Trojan coaching staff was hosting all of their official visitors. Allowing media to attend a recruiting event is a new phenomena and it gave us a rare look behind the curtain of the USC official visit festivities. Get to know USC junior safety Christian Pierce

Pierce saw action in 13 games, mostly on special teams as a sophomore in 2024. He recorded eight tackles on the season. He played a season-high 33 snaps on defense against Rutgers and finished with 17 in the bowl game against the Aggies. Will the November 1 trip to Nebraska be the barometer game for the Trojans?
