A 40 minute action packed Nintendo direct happened and boy was it something else. Since last week was filled with news not a whole lot happened this week that normal people would care about. Too bad for all of you, I am not normal! I get beyond excited for the surprise announcement of Delta Rune Chapter 2 and a brand new season of Battle for the Grid DLC. Hello everyone! We are two days late with this, because I was volunteering for a local show all week. Sadly I didn't have any time to play the several new games I have piling up on my desk, but thankfully Matt played a whole shitload. We talk about the news, which was mostly dominated by Sony, transition to what Matt played and then finish off strong with even more Sony by doing a Sony related bracket. The Sonic film universe is growing as Knuckles joins! Some indie games were announced, and future announcement streams are coming. We begin by chatting about how sick Goldlewis is going to be as the first DLC character for Guilty Gear Strive. The Playdate got a release date and Activison Blizzard continues to suck. A bunch of news happened this week that I really didn't care about at all. I guess the main one is that Nintendo announced the OLED Switch and everyone except me got super pissed about it. We come in hot on a Wednesday, because I'm busy the rest of the week. The news is light since it's the week after E3 (and it's Wednesday) but we still manage to make fun of Avengers a little bit. Matt continues his old game odyssey and I go absolutely HAM and discuss Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, Chicory, Backbone, Ender Lilies, and 900 demos.
