Councilor Frongillo recused himself during the Crossing Neighborhood discussion and did not return for the remainder of the session. Details of the amount approved were not shared, however, members of the negotiation subcommittee spoke highly of the collaboration and cooperation that resulted in a good deal for the district and the Town.
