This week's show is full of good information as Chris welcomes several guests to "Something More." Author and advisor Bob Mauterstock talks about his book, Passing the Torch. He tells of important conversations retirees should have with their adult children to include them in the planning process. David Augustinho of the Cape Cod and Islands Workforce Investment Board is back to continue the discussion of local economic issues. Jeff Davis, Chief Investment Officer of LMCG Funds, talks about market neutral strategy, and Scott Liebkemann sits in for Mike Burton and provides important mortgage information in the Slade Mortgage Minute.

Chris has a full show this week. He talks a bit about financial issues such as IRAs, variable annuities, long term care insurance, and mistakes people make which undermine their retirements. He also talks with author and journalist Bret Stephens about US foreign policy and the urge for isolationism vs the need for engagement. Madeline Dineen-Hills calls in to the show to tell about an event at St. Joan of Arc regarding human trafficking.

Chris is joined in studio this week by his brother, estate planning attorney F. Keats Boyd III. Keats shares his expertise with our listeners on the potential benefits of creditor protection for heirs in estate planning, the potential need for an IRA Trust, and invites listeners to Boyd and Boyd's upcoming Estate Planning seminars. Chris gives an overview of the FPA MA annual conference and has a brief conversation with financial planning commentator Michael Kitces. Mike Burton of Slade Mortgage co-hosts this week's edition of Something More with Chris. They chat about the spring housing market and get down to the basics of the mortgage process. Debt ratios and credits scores are some of the topics which they examine. The second hour focuses on annuities and some of the hidden charges included in these products. Chris offers some ideas and solutions regarding annuities, including a special offer, the AMR Annuity Freedom program. 

Jason Lilly of Rockland Trust fill in for Chris on this week's edition of Something More.
