Paul asks questions to get the Corinthians to know that they are different than unbelievers.

Paul tells us what has taken the affections of the Corinthians hearts. That is close relationship with unbelievers

Paul gives us an excellent example of his relationship with the Corinthians. He has opened his heart but they have not opened their hearts.

How do we survive the paradoxes and maintain our commendation as ministers?

Paul's list of ways to be commended In purity, in knowledge, in patience, in kindness, in the Holy Spirit, in genuine love.

Our ministry should be commended or approved by others. We are all servants of God. Paul begins his list.

How can we not be a stumbling block? How can we not discredit the ministry? By working with Jesus.

After we receive the righteousness of Christ, we need to work with Him. His grace has been given to us to use in changing our lives and world. Do not let His grace be given to you in vain.

We are ambassadors for Christ. We have the word from the King. Jesus took your sin and gave you His righteousness!

God is reconciling the world to himself by what Christ did for us. He is not counting their trespasses against them. He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

God has reconciled us to Himself. We have the same ministry, a ministry of reconciliation.

We see those who are in Christ as new creatures. Their past is gone. They are new.

We should not recognize other believers according to the flesh. What does that mean? Find out in this podcast.

The love of Christ controls us. It brings us to realize that He died for us, that we died with Him and that we rose with Him.

Paul wants the Corinthians to be proud of him. He wants them to be able to answer the unbelievers. He is out of his mind for God but of a sound mind for people people.

The fear of the Lord. We as believers should all know the fear of the Lord. It will motivate us to persuade others to follow Christ.

What is the judgment seat of Christ? We as believers will stand at the judgment seat of Christ.

Our ambition should always be to be pleasing to the Lord. That was Paul's ambition. Paul preferred heaven to earth.

We walk by faith and not by what we see in this temporal world. Faith is a walk. It starts with a decision.

He prepared a way for every person to go to heaven. God has purposed that every person would go to heaven. He gave every person who trusts in His way the Holy Spirit as a down payment for what is to come, eternity in heaven.
