Over years and decades, unjustified killing of blacks by police has inflamed the black community across the United States.  Invariably, on the heels of these “incidents” blacks initially engage in peaceful protest seeking solutions.  Marching in hopes that solutions will appear in similar fashion to those remedies that seemed to be born of the Civil Rights marches in the Sixties.  It hasn’t worked.  All too often these marches turn violent.  Then rioting, looting, burning and violence prevail.  And when the dust settles the law officer or officers involved in the killing walk free.  Why?
