In the absence of knowledge, darkness will prevail. In other words, what we do not know about God’s Word gives spiritual darkness an opportunity to win over our lives. When we find ourselves in trouble, it may be because we lack the godly wisdom to properly handle the issue. Asking God for His Word of understanding is the proper response to the situation.
