Becky says the Bob Pike Group has a rule: lecture if you must, but never more than ten minutes…and not more than four if you’re online. At some point, you’ll probably want your learners to split into groups to discuss the material or complete an exercise. Don’t just ask them to number off. Becky says that’s BORING.
