With the lockdown still on us (well, most of us it seems), Ady, Al, Andy and Brian discuss the short- and medium-term future of the Premier League on the pitch, with an eye to distancing, health... and how it went in Germany.

Al's favourite Roar show featured the brilliant Liam Rosenior, recovering from the thug-like challenge that caused a long-term injury. His articulacy, his passion, desire and joy of playing for Brighton, while planning his next career move, were great to listen to. Less so his singing... This show was from the weekend Brighton were at home to Aston Villa - the game where Southern Railways unilaterally stopped all trains before the final whistle.

The band, consisting of Ady, Al, Marcus Hancocks, Andy Bass and sponsor Phil Shelley all reconvened for the first Albion Roar in quite a while. Topics included Covid-19 (obviously) and the Premier League's Project Restart, Albion's best foreign imports, noticeboard (there wasn't one), and Shirt of the Week. Enjoy.

Nicola and Alex from Rise UK, the domestic abuse charity in Brighton & Hove came in for a natter to explain their work, both to football fans and to wider society.

For the very first Albion Roar of the decade, we went back three decades to talk to former Albion full-back and, later, manager Chris Cattlin. At least he didn't swear on this one...

For our next retrieval from the archives, we go back seven years when the Basque Love God, Iñigo Calderón turned up at the Old Steine basement studio on a filthy March night to talk about his journey from northern Spain, via Gillingham, to Brighton. This show was recorded two days before the St Patrick's Day Massacre. ENJOY.

In the first of our released series 'From The Archive', we rewind to April 2010, when former Argus Football Correspondent John Vinicombe joined Richie, Ady & Al in the Old Steine studios.  John, then aged 81, came in to talk about his 30+ year-career at the North Road newsroom, and his relationship with every manager from George Curtis to Liam Brady.

With all food now being rationed by selfish Supermarket Sweep bastards, Al wandered the 300 yards over from his home to Piglet's Pantry to see how they were getting on at the time. Founder and owner Joanna Hunter spent around half an hour telling the Piglet's story, and what's happening with the all-new service offered by the world's best pie maker.

With a higher league football shutdown in operation, football finance expert Kieran Maguire and Albion deputy chairman Paul Barber join Ady & Al to discuss this implications not just for the club, but for the supporting suppliers and staff.

For the first time ever, Ady & Al broadcast The Albion Roar live from a pub. The Hope & Ruin in Queens Road, Brighton were good enough to host Radio Reverb for a whole day, while we went about raising funds for this brilliant community asset. Joining Ady & Al were Andy Bass, 'Goatee' Phil Jones, and Charita 'Momma Cherri' Jones. You can still donate to Reverb which, seeing as there is an extra incentive for you to do so, this may well be worth checking out.

The Argus' new sports reporter Adam Stenning joined Ady & Al in the studio to talk about the Sheffield United game, VAR (but of course) and the silly idea of a Premier League Hall of Fame. Shirt of the Week is from Down Under.

Back after our 'Winter Break', Ady & Al are joined by Justin Brentnall to discuss, among other things, the Watford game, Arsene Wenger's offside proposal, the history of Sheffield United v Brighton. Proud Canaries' Di Cunningham also joined us in the week of Justin Fashanu's induction into the Football Hall of Fame. Shirt of the Week is Rainbow-tastic.
