Fakeologist.com contributors Jim in China and Frank (AnOunceofSaltPerDay) in Australia got together with Contrarious,Javaring and Monosodium (Cade) for a late night Skype call that somewhat surprisingly drifted into a discussion on Spirituality but not so surprisingly about Salt. But we like Salt around here! And you should have an ounce a day at least as a cheap mineral source but avoid toxic table salt at all costs. Dr Dum Dum and the Medical Cartel are right about at least ONE thing. Ok...well they're half right about one thing...
