We all have that one time we were wounded in our life. Maybe it was a parent, a spouse, a mentor, or just someone you were close to. We are called to forgive them like the Lord forgave us. Just how do we do that? This week, Pastor John talks about how David was pursued relentlessly by King Saul for nothing other than Saul was a broken leader and David forgave him for trying to kill him.

In today’s political and social climate, empathy is in short supply and in high demand. As a matter of fact, it’s so rare that when you show it, people really take notice. This week we talk about the importance of empathy, how Jesus modeled it,  and how it can change the temperature of a room.

This week, we conclude the series of the Armor of God where Paul finishes Ephesians 6:10-18 with “And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”

This week, we welcome Pastor Terry Beasley to Living Spring who brings a message of how obedience to God will have his promises take care of themselves. However hard it may be to understand what God is asking of us, we have a way of “helping” God which ultimately gets in the way of letting God be God.

Many times God does miraculous things in our lives. For a while we are in a state of awe and wonder. But often times we get so focused on the miracle that we lose sight of the Miracle Maker. This week we talk about how Gideon got distracted by the works of God and missed the character of God.
