Back in 2003 we were juggling the challenges of running high street stores, a mail order catalogue and a website all at the same time. Then I spent 10 years running a marketing agency and consultancy helping eCommerce businesses of all shapes and sizes make the internet work for them, helping high street retailers launch their first ever online operations through to helping new online only startups work out what marketing will work for them. During that time, I also got deeply into email marketing, Google and Facebook ads.
